If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Unless otherwise stated, you may return most items sold by fortworthbilliards.com within 30 days. Fort Worth Billiards offers a 30 day money back guarrantee on any new and unused product purchased from Fort Worth Billiards. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the unused item for a full refund excluding shipping and handling charges.
PROCESS RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please contact Fort Worth Billiards customer service at 800-772-8643 Monday - Friday 9-6pm central time to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping any products back to Fort Worth Billiards. This will ensure the proper action or credit upon processing.
Please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number: Customer number, invoice number, reason for return, action to take and whether the box has been opened or is manufacturer sealed.
Please return all products 100% complete including all original manufacturer boxes with the UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Fort Worth Biliards for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by Fort Worth Billiards to Customer, using the same shipping method as was used by Customer to ship the original products back to Fort Worth Billiards. Returns must be shipped via ground shipment only. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, you incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied.
Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS or Federal Express.
If Customer receives damaged products, please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify Fort Worth Billiards immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products. Please notify Fort Worth Billiards customer service at 800-772-8643 of damaged products within 10 DAYS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for Fort Worth Billiards to file a damage claim.
